摘要
领导者在一定程度上是企业文化的体现。企业中领导者的类型众多,好的领导者能够带领企业员工营造良好的企业组织氛围,进而对企业的发展起到一定的促进作用。在众多类型的领导者中,关怀型领导对企业氛围及员工的伦理行为有着较为显著的正向作用。在了解关怀型领导的基础上,对其在企业组织发展与员工个人发展方面的重要性进行分析,进而提出加强管理者的道德伦理建设、重视领导模范效应、伦理领导与任务绩效相结合三个培养路径,以期为培养关怀型领导,发挥其领导作用提供借鉴。
Leaders are to some extent the embodiment of corporate culture.The types of leaders in enterprises are the majority,good leaders can lead the employees to create a good organizational atmosphere,and then play a certain role in promoting the development of enterprises.Among the many types of leaders,caring leadership has a significant positive effect on corporate atmosphere and employee ethics.On the basis of understanding caring leadership,this paper analyzes the importance of caring leadership in the development of enterprise organization and personal development of employees,and then puts forward three suggestions:strengthening the moral and ethical construction of managers,attaching importance to the exemplary effect of leadership,combining ethical leadership with task performance.
