高职院校学生考证与就业的关系初探——基于某高职院校会计专业的调查

A Preliminary Study on the Relationship between Student Textual Research and Employment in Vocational Colleges——Based on the Investigation of Accounting Major in a Vocational College

随着高职院校的扩招、各行业提出“持证上岗”的要求,“考证”成了当前大学生应对就业压力、增强就业竞争力的一个重要砝码。通过对某高职院校会计专业学生进行问卷调查,分析考证与就业之间的初步关系,并在分析考证原因的基础上,对政府、用人单位、学校、学生自身等提出建议,即政府要不断完善就业保障制度,用人单位要转变用人观念,学校要加强就业能力培养,学生要做好职业规划并理性对待考证。

With the expansion of higher vocational colleges and the requirement of“holding the certificate to work”in various industries,“the certificate”has become an important weight for college students to cope with the employment pressure and increase the employment competitiveness.Through a questionnaire survey of accounting major students in a vocational college,this paper finds out the initial relationship between textual research and employment,and on the basis of analyzing the reasons for textual research,puts forward suggestions to the government,employers,schools and students themselves.That is,the government should constantly improve the employment security system;the employing should change the concept of employing.schools should strengthen the cultivation of employment ability.students should do a good job planning and rational treatment of textual research.
