卫生行政部门统计信息化现状与对策分析

Analysis of the Status Quo and Countermeasures of Statistical Informationization in Health Administrative Departments

通过“河北省卫生统计数据采集和决策支持信息化系统”填报《卫生行政部门统计信息机构建设现状调查表》。从而对当前河北省各级(市、县)卫生行政部门当中的卫生统计部门资源分配状况进行准确的调研和分析,及时掌握相关人员的现状。统计分析表明,当前卫生统计信息机构的设立不足、统计人员兼职较多、统计人员的整体素质偏低。因此,需要加强卫生统计信息机构的建设,以及加大统计人才队伍的补充力度,健全培养与继续教育制度,促进卫生行政部门统计信息的公开、透明、精准。

Fill in the“Statistical Information Institution Construction Status Survey Form for Health Administrative Departments”through the“Hebei Province Health Statistics Data Collection and Decision Support Information System”.Therefore,we can accurately investigate and analyze the resource allocation status of the health statistics departments in the health administrative departments at all levels(cities,counties)in Hebei Province,grasp the status quo of relevant personnel in time.Statistical analysis shows that the current health statistical information institutions are insufficient;there are more statisticians part-time;the overall quality of statisticians is low.Therefore,it is necessary to significantly improve the construction of health statistical information institutions;increase the supplementary strength of the statistical talent team,improve the training and continuing education system,and promote the openness,transparency and accuracy of the statistical information of the health administrative department.
