摘要
电站锅炉引风机大多采用脱硫、脱硝、引风合并的"三合一"风机的技术方案,虽然其节能降耗效果显著,但是会导致大型燃煤机组锅炉引风机的驱动功率和厂用电率急剧增加。针对此问题,提出了一种新型汽电联驱锅炉引风机的驱动技术方案,并在国内发电领域成功应用。实践表明该技术方案具有效率高、运行可靠、控制灵活、可降低厂用电率等优点,为未来电站大型辅机驱动技术方案提供了一种新的选择。
Most of the power plant boiler induced draft fans adopt the technical scheme of"three-in-one"fan which combines desulfurization,denitrification and induced draft.The effect of energy saving and consumption reducing of the"three in one"fan is remarkable,but at the same time it will also lead to a dramatic increase in driving power and auxiliary power consumption rate of the boiler induced draft fan in large coal-fired units.To solve this problem,a new drive technology scheme of"steam and electric combined drive"boiler induced draft fan,which has been successfully applied in the domestic power generation field for the first time.The practice shows that the technical scheme has the advantages of high efficiency,reliable operation,flexible control,and low power consumption rate.It provides a new choice for the technical scheme of large auxiliary power plant in the future.
