摘要
国内某CPR1000核电机组在调试过程中发现清污机加热器控制线缆在断电情况下存在电压,威胁人员和设备安全。试验人员通过试验确认电压为附近带电线缆所产生的感应电,通过增加中间继电器、改用直流控制的措施进行了改造,降低了感应电,在实现设备正常功能的同时保证了人员和设备安全。本研究系统地梳理了影响感应电的因素及解决感应电的方法,可应用于同类问题的解决。
In the process of commissioning of a CPR1000 nuclear power plant in China,it was found that the control cable of the trash-cleaning machine heater had voltage in the case of power shutoff,which threatened people and equipment.Through the test,the tester confirmed that the voltage is induced by the nearby live wire.And then the tester modified it by adding an intermediate relay and switching to DC control,which reduced the induced voltage and realized the normal function of equipment while ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.This research systematically sorts out the factors that affect induced voltage and the methods to solve it,which can be applied to solve similar problems.
