浅谈海外化工EPCC项目试车工作范围及内容

Brief Review of Commissioning Activities and Scope for Oversea Chemical EPCC Project

目前海外市场上的石化、炼化工程项目主要采用EPCC(设计、采购、施工、试车)的总承包模式,与国内项目的执行模式不同,国内公司经验较少,且海外项目对于试车工作的重视程度很高,因而这成为了制约国内工程公司执行海外EPCC项目的瓶颈因素之一。另外,国内文献对于此方面的介绍也较少,因此对国际主流化工EPCC项目预试车、试车及开车阶段总包方的工作范围及内容进行了简要介绍和对比,对海外EPCC项目的执行具有一定参考意义。

EPCC(Engineering,Procurement,Construction,Commissioning)is widely adopted in the oversea chemical and petroleum projects which are different from that in china.Generally domestic companies are lack of experiences.Moreover commissioning is highly attached attention to in the oversea project execution,thus it became one of the bottleneck factors for the domestic engineering company to perform oversea EPCC projects.In addition,there is rare introduction for this aspect domestic in literatures.Therefore,in this paper the scope of contractor work,the content of the pre-commissioning and commissioning,and start-up activity during execution of oversea chemical EPCC project were briefly introduced,which is hoped to have certain reference significance for the implementation of oversea EPCC project.
