Primary-reactor for melamine is used in melamine production by using high pressure urine method.In the equipment,tube bundle is the key component.By analyzing and studying the structure of the bundle,the difficulties and control points in its fabrication were summarized in this article,in which the control technologies and measures,including the fabrication and assembly of the bundle,the fabricating process for the connection of tubesheet with outer casing,assembly technique for the ring cover of the channel and the forming of jacket,were introduced.
