摘要
对HG/T 21574-2018的吊耳选型进行了分析和解读,并将HG/T 21574-2018升版前后内容的重大变动进行了比较,为技术人员选用标准吊耳提供了参考意见。此外探讨了综合影响系数的优化、吊耳孔承压应力校核、吊耳根部焊缝强度校核公式选择以及吊耳设计制造的几点问题,旨在帮助技术人员在深入理解标准的同时,能够合理地设计吊耳,使产品更加安全、经济。
In this article,the standard HG/T 21574-2018 was analyzed and explained.The important changes from old version to current version were compared,which may be used for reference when the standard lifting lug was selected.In addition,some issues,such as the optimization of comprehensive influence factors,stress checking for the hole edge in the lug,the selection of equation for checking the stress in the weld root,were discussed,which is hoped to help designers well understand the standard so as to design appropriate and safe lifting lug.
