摘要
食管癌是常见的恶性程度极高的肿瘤之一,我国的食管癌发病率及病例数均位于世界前列。手术切除是食管癌的重要治疗手段,但由于早期诊断率低、恶性程度高等原因,患者的5年生存率仍不理想,因此开展利于食管癌的早期诊断与治疗的研究具有极其重要的意义。lncRNA、circRNA等RNA分子作为竞争性内源RNA(ceRNA)在食管癌的发生、侵袭及转移等生物学行为中发挥的调控功能及其作用通路等研究备受关注,基于ceRNA理论进行的多种RNA网络的构建及分子标志物的筛选也显示出极大的发展潜力,有望从RNA相互作用的角度为食管癌的早期诊断和干预提供新的可靠靶标。文章综述了目前ceRNA在食管癌的发生发展过程中的作用及食管癌的ceRNA网络研究情况。
Esophageal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors.The incidence and number of cases of esophageal cancer in China are the highest in the world.Surgical resection is an important treatment for esophageal cancer.However,the five-year survival rate of patients is still not satisfactory due to the low early diagnosis rate and high degree of malignancy.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the research that is conducive to the early diagnosis and treatment of esophageal cancer.In recent years,the regulatory roles and pathways of competitive endogenous RNA(ceRNA)such as lncRNA and circRNA in the occurence,invasion and metastasis of esophageal carcinoma have gained much attention.The construction of multiple RNA networks based on ceRNA theory and the screening of molecular markers also show great potential,and are expected to provide new reliable targets for early diagnosis and intervention of esophageal cancer from the perspective of RNA interaction.This article reviews the role of ceRNA in the development and progression of esophageal cancer and its ceRNA network.
