摘要 针对矿用电气装备通信中存在的环境复杂、干扰大等问题,本文提出一种485差分信号与光纤信号互相转换的通信板,介绍通信板的整体结构、工作原理和硬件电路原理。实验结果表明,通信板可以将485差分信号与光纤信号互相转换,即能实现用光纤取替485双绞线的功能,解决了长距离通信干扰大的难题,验证了该装置的实用性。 In view of the complex environment and large interference in the communication of mine electrical equipment,this paper puts forward a kind of communication board that converts 485 differential signal and optical fiber signal,and introduces the overall structure,working principle and hardware circuit principle of the communication board.The experimental results show that the communication board can convert the 485 differential signal and the optical fiber signal to each other,that is,it can replace the 485 twisted pair with optical fiber,which solves the problem of large interference in long-distance communication,and verifies the correctness and practicability of the device.
