摘要
本文以某石油化工企业在役1000 m^(3)丙烷球罐为研究对象,构建起石油化工企业在役丙烷球罐可靠性综合评价体系,采用层次分析法确定丙烷球罐的评价指标因素的权重值,通过模糊综合评价得出石油化工企业在役丙烷球罐的风险等级为较安全等级。一级指标中损伤因素和运行因素对球罐安全状况的影响权重高达72%,二级指标中腐蚀、裂纹、基础不均匀沉降、安全附件的权重最高。在球罐的运行过程中应多加注意腐蚀、安全附件、裂纹、基础不均匀沉降等权重较高的因素。如发现问题,应及时采取相应的改善措施,从而提高石油化工企业的在役丙烷球罐整体安全运行的可靠性,确保其安全平稳运行。
This paper taking the 1000 m^(3) propane spherical tank in service of a petrochemical enterprise as the research object,builds a comprehensive evaluation system for the reliability of the in-service propane spherical tank of a petrochemical enterprise.Analytic hierarchy process is applied to determine the weights of evaluation factors of propane spherical tank.Through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,it is concluded that the risk level of the in service propane spherical tanks is a relatively safe.In the first-level index,the weight of damage factors and operation factors on the safety status of the spherical tank is as high as 72%.In the second-level index,the weight of corrosion,cracks,uneven foundation settlement,and safety accessories is the highest.During the transportation of the spherical tank,more attention should be paid to factors with higher weights,such as corrosion,safety accessories,cracks,and uneven foundation settlement.If problems are found,corresponding improvement measures should be taken in time to improve the reliability of the overall safe operation of the in-service propane spherical tanks of petrochemical enterprises to ensure the safe and stable operation.
