过桥管道的斜拉桥全桥受力性能数值模拟分析 被引量:3

摘要 随着城市管廊的快速发展,综合管廊、管线的敷设方式越来越多样化。当管线跨越江河湖海时,受到地理条件、通航、管线检修等诸多因素的影响时,利用现有桥梁进行跨越,既能节约成本降低造价,又能实现高效运营。但管线随桥敷设也会带来诸多安全问题,导致全桥受力发生变化,需要分析确认管线建成后增加的荷载是否会对桥梁全桥受力性能造成影响。本文将以某入岛连接桥挂管工程为研究背景,基于有限元建立过桥管道的斜拉桥数学计算模型,分析管线过桥荷载及荷载组合变化,并模拟分析挂管荷载对全桥受力性能的影响。从而为管线设计提供指导,也为其他管道过桥项目方案制定提供参考。 With the rapid development of urban pipe gallery,the laying ways of comprehensive pipe galleries and pipelines are more and more diversified.When pipelines cross rivers,lakes and seas,and are affected by geographical conditions,navigation,pipeline overhaul and other factors,using the existing bridges to cross over can not only save costs and reduce costs,but also achieve efficient operation.However,the laying of pipelines along the bridge will also bring a lot of safety problems,the most fundamental problem is to analyze and confirm whether the increased load after the completion of the pipeline will affect the mechanical performance of the whole bridge.This paper will take a pipe-hanging project of a connecting bridge into an island as the research background,establish a mathematical calculation model of a cable-stayed bridge for the bridge pipeline based on finite element,analyze the pipeline bridge load and load combination changes,and simulate and analyze the effect of the pipe-hanging load on the entire bridge.Therefore,it can provide guidance for pipeline design and provide reference for other pipeline bridge projects.
