摘要
本文以某高层商住楼为研究对象,运用Pathfinder软件,对比分析仅楼梯疏散模式和楼梯——电梯耦合疏散模式的疏散效果,探讨楼梯——电梯双通道疏散模式下疏散电梯停靠楼层对疏散效率影响,优化高层建筑在疏散中电梯的停靠方式,解决高层建筑疏散瓶颈,提高疏散效果,为高层商住楼应急疏散演练、应急预案编制等提供参考依据。结果表明,电梯和楼梯耦合疏散模式下,5min疏散1380人,15min疏散2190人,比楼梯疏散模式分别增加了3.98%和3.58%,可见电梯和楼梯耦合疏散模式效果好。对于高18层的商住楼,在电梯和楼梯耦合疏散模式下,电梯停靠在15层时疏散效率最高。
This paper takes a high-rise commercial and residential building as the research object,uses Pathfinder software to compare and analyze the evacuation effect of stair-only evacation mode and stair-elevator coupling evacuation mode,and discusses the evacuation efficiency of the elevator parking floor under the stair-elevator dual channel evacuation mode.The parking mode of evacuation elevator in high-rise building evacuation is optimized,the bottleneck of high-rise building evacation is solved,the evacuation effect is improved,and the basis for emergency evacuation drill and emergency plan preparation of high-rise commercial and residential buildings is provided.The results show that,under the elevator and stair coupling evacuation mode,1380 people are evacuated in 5 minutes and 2190 people are evacuated in 15 minutes,which are 3.98% and 3.58% more than those in stairs only evacuation mode respectively.It can be seen that the coupled evacuation mode of elevator and staircase has a good effect.For a commercial and residential building with 18 floors,the evacuation efficiency is the highest when the elevator parks on the 15th floor.
