“安全大讲堂”组织及运行机制:烟草行业为例

Organization and operation mechanism of"safety lecture hall":a case study of tobacco industry

基于烟草行业“安全大讲堂”实施现状,提炼出行业、学院、企业、员工和相关方五个主体要素,探讨行业“安全大讲堂”的组织及运行规律和要素间的关系,构建了“安全大讲堂”宏观组织运行机制构架和“345”金字塔运行机制模型,形成了行业统一规划、学院牵头组织、企业推进实施、员工积极参与和相关方辅助支持五个主体的组织运行机制,进一步巩固深化“安全大讲堂”的成果。

Based on the implementation status of"safety lecture hall"in tobacco industry,this paper extracts five main elements of industry,colleges,enterprises,employees and related parties.Based on the five elements,the relationship between operation rules and elements of the industry"safety lecture hall"is discussed,and the macro organization operating mechanism framework and the"345"pyramid operation mechanism model are constructed.An organization and operation mechanism with five main bodies,unified industry planning,college leading organization,enterprise promoting implementation,employee's active participation and relevant parties'support,is formed so as to further consolidate and deepen the achievements of"safety lecture hall".
