共产党人精神追求的内涵、层次及构成

On the Connotation,Level and Composition of Communist′s Spiritual Pursuit

共产党人精神追求是指共产党人在革命、建设和改革实践中,对彰显政党性质宗旨规定、履行肩负初心使命所需、实现自我发展完满应备的精神要素的能动获取和践行。依据精神形态由高到低的“思想与理论→价值观与道德→思维与认识→心理与人格”的逻辑进路,共产党人精神追求相应可划分为四个层次。其中:思想与理论层次主要由社会主义信念、马克思主义信仰和共产主义远大理想构成;价值观与道德层次主要由基础性价值观、政治性价值观和核心性价值观构成;思维与认识层次主要由马克思主义理论、科学的世界观和方法论以及科学思维能力构成;心理与人格层次主要由奋发有为的精神状态和健全高尚的人格构成。

Communist's Spiritual Pursuit refers to the active acquisition and implement of the spiritual elements that Communist manifest the nature and purpose of the party,fulfill the original aspiration and mission,and achieve perfection of self-development,during Communist's practice of revolution,construction and reform.According to the logical approach to"from thought and theory to values and morality to thingking and cognition to psychology and personality"from high to low,the spiritual pursuit of Communist can be divided into four levels:the level of thoughts and theories mainly embodies the faith of the society,the belief of Maxism and the great idea of communism;the level of values and morality mainly includes basic values,political values and core values;the level of thinking and cognition mainly consists of Maxism theory,scientific outlook of the world and methodology,ability of scientific thinking;the level of psychology and personality mainly composed of the enterprising mental state and the sound and noble personality.
