基于实践教学的城市植物多样性研究

摘要 城市植物资源是高校开展实践教学的重要素材。本研究以南京仙林大学城为例,综合整理了不同时期实践教学成果,系统分析了本区域植物多样性情况。结果表明:本区域共有种子植物98科242属304种,其中蔷薇科(Rosaceae)、菊科(Compositae)和禾本科(Gramineae)所含物种数位列前三。生活型数量的排序依次是草本>乔木>灌木>藤本,所占比例分别为40.13%、28.62%、22.70%和8.55%。频度分析结果表明,刺槐、海桐、狗牙根和葎草是各类生活型中出现频度最高的物种。本区域人工群落以道路绿化、街心公园、生态公园和防护林带为主,同时还伴有少数次生林群落。仙林大学城城市植物多样性对维护本区域生态环境有重要作用,同时亦可为大学城各高校相关课程的实践教学提供良好支撑。 Urban plant resources are important material for colleges to carry out practical teaching in a certain area.Based on the results of practice teaching at different periods,the urban plant diversity of Xianlin college town was discussed systematically.The results indicated that there were 304 species of seed plants,which belong to 98 families and 242 genera.Among them,the top three families were Rosaceae,Compositae and Gramineae.The rank of lifeform was herbs>trees>shrubs>vines,with 40.13%,28.62%,22.70%and 8.55%respectively.According to the frequency,Robinia pseudoacacia,Pittosporum tobira,Cynodon dactylon and Humulus scandens were the most species in each type of lifeform.The main man-made plant communities in this area included roads,street parks,ecological parks and shelterbelts,accompanied by a few secondary forests.The urban plant diversity of Xianlin college town plays an important role in maintaining the regional ecological environment;meanwhile,it also provided good support for the practice teaching of related courses in various universities in the college town.
