贵州省植物物种多样性空间分布特征及影响因素 被引量:4

Spatial Distribution Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Plant Species Diversity in Guizhou Province

摘要 为探索植物物种多样性空间分布特征及宏观形成机制,分别运用地理空间自相关和地理探测器方法分析贵州省植物物种多样性空间分布特征及影响因素。研究结果表明,贵州省植物物种数量最丰富的地区是兴义市、安龙、荔波县、榕江县、剑河县、台江县、雷山县、江口县、印江县、黎平县和道真县,密度最高的地区是雷山县、台江县和道真县;贵州省植物物种多样性Moran′s I指数为0.207,热点分布区县是兴义市、正安县、安龙县、三都县、雷山县、道真县、榕江县和松桃县。单因子探测q值最大的影响因子为降水(0.08);双因子交互探测q值最大的因子组为降水与人口(0.23)。因此,贵州省植物物种多样性在空间分布上高值聚集明显,单个因子对贵州植物物种多样性空间分布影响不明显,降水与人口交互作用对贵州植物物种多样性空间分布影响最大。 To explore spatial distribution characteristics and macroscopic formation mechanism of plant species diversity,geospatial autocorrelation and geographic detector were used to investigate spatial distribution and influencing factors of plant species diversity in Guizhou province.The results showed that the areas with the most abundant plant species were Xingyi city,Anlong,Libo county,Rongjiang county,Jianhe county,Taijiang county,Leishan county,Jiangkou county,Yinjiang county,Liping county and Daozhen county.The highest density areas were Leishan county,Taijiang county and Daozhen county.The Moran′s I index of plant species diversity was 0.207 in Guizhou province,with the hot spots of Xingyi city,Zheng’an county,Anlong county,Sandu county,Leishan county,Daozhen county,Rongjiang county and Songtao county.The largest influencing factor was precipitation(q=0.08)detected by the single-factor detection,and the largest factor group was the combination of precipitation and population(q=0.23)detected by the two-factor interaction.Therefore,the spatial distribution of plant species diversity was highly clustered in Guizhou province.Meanwhile,this distribution showed no obvious response to the single factor while an obvious response to the interaction of precipitation and population.
