摘要
面向2035教育现代化,紧抓创新创业教育,是地方应用型本科院校实现“换道超车”的转型发展良机。地方应用型本科院校创新创业教育存在学校、企业、家庭、政府和社会的负面环境抑制教育效能;理念缺位、制度缺失与平台缺乏制约教育效能;教育管理者、教师与学生之间对流不畅消解教育效能等现象。基于教育效能理论,可以通过“浓厚内部双创氛围,强化外部支撑环境;重塑理念与认知价值,给予制度和平台保障;优化人才培养体系,畅通主体效能通道”优化创新创业教育路径。
Grasping innovation and entrepreneurship education for the modernization of education in 2035 offers a good opportunity for local application-oriented universities to realize the transformation and development through“overtaking by changing the road”.The educational efficiency of local application-oriented colleges has some problems such as,the negative environment of schools,enterprises,families,government and society inhibiting the educational efficiency;the lack of concept,system and platform restricting the educational efficiency,and the inadequate communication among educational administrators,teachers and students dissipateing the educational efficiency.Based on the theory of educational efficiency,the following strategies can be adopted to optimize the innovation and entrepreneurship education,including enriching the internal atmosphere,strengthening external environment,reshaping the concepts and cognitive values to guarantee rules and platforms,and improving training system for efficacy channel of individuals.
