提高英汉翻译质量策略研究:基于译者角度

Strategies for Improving the Quality of English-Chinese Translation:From the Perspective of Translators

随着全球化进程的加快,英语在国际交流中的作用日益凸显,这对译者的英语翻译水平提出了更高的要求。然而,在翻译的过程中,译者由于受到自身的语言功底及翻译技巧,背景知识储备等因素的影响,使翻译产出质量参差不齐。由此,文章以2021年中美高层战略对话中的精彩译句为例进行分析,提出改进翻译质量的策略,以期能够为英汉翻译提供一些思路。

With the acceleration of globalization,English plays an increasingly important role in international communication.This places higher demands on translators’translation skills.However,in the process of translation,the quality of translation output varies due to factors such as the translators’own language skills and translation techniques,and their background knowledge reserves.Therefore,the paper analyzes the wonderful translated sentences in the 2021 Sino-US High-Level Strategic Dialogue as an example and proposes strategies to improve the translation quality,so as to provide some ideas for English-Chinese translation.
