单组分脱醇型室温硫化硅橡胶的制备

Preparation of Single Component Dealcoholized Room Temperature Vulcanized Silicone Rubber

研究了交联剂和催化剂种类及添加量对单组分脱醇型有机硅密封胶性能的影响,在此基础上制备了一种储存稳定性好的单组分脱醇型有机硅密封胶,其最佳配方为:107胶40份,二甲基硅油4份,纳米碳酸钙56份,甲基三甲氧基硅烷2~3份,自制硅烷偶联剂0.2~0.4份,T5钛催化剂1.5~2份。

The paper studies the influence of the types and adding amount of crosslinking agent and catalyst on the performance of single component dealcoholized organic silicone sealant,and on this basis,a kind of single component dealcoholized organic silicone sealant with good storage stability is developed.The optimal formula is:107 glue 40 portions,dimethyl silicone oil 4 portions,nanometer calcium carbonate 56 portions,methyl trimethoxy silane 2~3 portions,self-made silane coupling agent 0.2~0.4 portions,T5 titanium catalyst 1.5~2 portions.
