摘要 随着城市住宅普遍使用钢筋混凝土坡屋面,部分坡屋面在檐口、管道、密集锚筋处等部位出现渗漏的问题逐渐显现,影响建筑功能的发挥,有必要采取措施予以优化。以上海市某历史纪念馆项目混凝土坡屋面为例,介绍了高粘抗滑水性橡胶沥青涂料与SBS改性沥青防水卷材组成的涂卷复合防水系统在具有密集锚筋的混凝土坡屋面上的应用,对防水工艺及细节防水要点进行了重点阐述。 With the widespread use of reinforced concrete slope roof in urban residential buildings,leakage problems gradually appear at the cornice,pipe,dense anchor bar and other parts of some of the slope roofs,and the building functions are affected.So,it is necessary to take measures to have them optimized.Taking the concrete sloping roof of a historical memorial hall project in Shanghai as an example,the article introduces the application of anti-skid waterborne rubber asphalt coating of high viscosity combined with SBS modified bitumen waterproofing membrane on the concrete sloping roof with dense anchor bars,and it expounds the waterproofing technology and key points for details.
