摘要
政务新媒体作为依托新型信息技术实现在线治理与民心相通的支撑平台和互动工具,承载着权威发声、回应关切、政务公开等主要功能。在重大突发事件中,政务新媒体的公众参与面临角色定位不清、回应机制羸弱、治理监管缺位等现实困境。通过主动议程设置、转变传播语态、协同传播矩阵、强化风险预警等方式能进一步提升重大突发事件中政务新媒体的传播效果与公众参与意愿。
Relying on new information technology,new government media,as a supporting platform and interactive tool to realize online governance and people’s,carries the main functions like transmitting the voices of authority,responding to concerns,opening government affairs and so on.In major emergencies,the public participation of government new media is faced with some practical difficulties,such as unclear role positioning,weak response mechanism,lack of governance and supervision.Through active agenda setting,changing the communication voice,coordinating interpreting matrix,and strengthening risk warning,the communication effect and public participation intention of government new media in major emergencies can be further improved.
