摘要 被动式建筑精细化施工复杂,为了对其施工安全进行定量评价研究,运用安全事故致因理论,结合施工安全因素交互耦合作用的视角,建立了多维轨迹风险交叉耦合作用模型。从四大维度构建了被动式建筑施工安全评价指标体系,运用相互作用矩阵对被动式建筑施工安全进行评价研究。通过在项目案例的应用,发现技能培训与安全教育、安全制度与责任体系、现场施工作业环境和作业人员安全意识等因素对被动式建筑施工安全影响大,需加强相应的防范措施。研究表明,该方法具有科学性和实际应用意义。 The refined construction of passive buildings is complex.In order to conduct a quantitative evaluation and research on the construction safety of passive buildings,a multi-dimensional trajectory risk cross-coupling action model is established by using the safety accident causation theory from the perspective of the interaction coupling effect of construction safety factors.The safety evaluation index system of passive building construction is constructed from four dimensions,and the interaction matrix is used to evaluate the safety of passive building construction.Through the application in the project cases,it is found that factors such as skill training and safety education,safety system and responsibility system,on-site construction environment and safety awareness of operators have great influences on the construction safety of passive buildings,and corresponding preventive measures should be strengthened.The research shows that this method has scientific and practical significance.
