摘要 采用文献分析法和Apriori算法构建装配式建筑脆弱性评估指标体系;采用组合赋权法和云模型对装配式建筑进行脆弱性评估,并用于实证研究。研究结果表明:该项目整体脆弱性等级为不太脆弱,并针对脆弱性相对较高的人员提出了降低其脆弱性的建议和措施;该模型为装配式建筑安全评估提供了一定参考。 In recent years, prefabricated buildings have developed rapidly in my country, but frequent accidents concerning with safety restricted the further development of prefabricated buildings. Therefore,it is imperative to conduct safety management on prefabricated buildings. From the perspective of hazard-bearing bodies,the author analyzes several types of safety accidents and hazard-bearing bodies that occur with high frequency and greater hazards. Combining with the characteristics of prefabricated buildings and safety production notifications, it applies literature review analysis and Apriori algorithm and constructs a prefabricated buildings evaluation index system for vulnerabilities. It adopts combination weighting method and cloud model to evaluate the vulnerability of prefabricated buildings and applies it to an empirical research. The research results show that the overall vulnerability of the project is not very high,and suggestions and measures to reduce their vulnerability are proposed for people with relatively high vulnerability. This model provides a certain reference for the safety evaluation of prefabricated buildings.
