摘要
随着我国经济社会条件的不断改变,企业间的竞争更加激烈,企业要发展,就需要不断地进行自我提高和改革。因此,从公司的全局看,人力资源存在的一些管理问题开始引起管理者们的重视,意识到人力资源对于整个企业的助推作用。社保管理直接关系到员工的利益和基本保障。鉴于此,论文详细论述了社会保险在人力资源管理中存在的问题,并提出了一些切实可行的解决对策,旨在为相关人士提供借鉴与参考,进而为行业的健康可持续繁荣发展贡献应有之力。
With the continuous change of China's economic and social conditions,the competition among enterprises is more intense.If enterprises want to develop,they need to constantly improve themselves and reform.Therefore,from the overall perspective of the company,managers begin to pay attention to some management problems existing in human resources and realize the boosting role of human resources for the whole enterprise.Social insurance management is directly related to the interests and basic security of employees.In view of this,the paper discusses in detail the problems existing in the social insurance of human resources management,and puts forward some feasible solutions,aiming to provide reference for the relevant people,and then make contributions to the healthy and sustainable development of the industry.
