党建工作一直是国有企业管理的核心工作,坚持党的领导是保持国有企业优势的重要手段。如何将党建优势转化为企业的核心竞争力,是近几年国有企业一直在探索的问题。企业的精益化管理,是融环境、技术、流程与文化于一体的管理体系,因此也能够在企业党组织建设中起到规范性和激励性作用。论文以党建工作在供电企业中的重要性为出发点,探索精益化管理融入供电企业的党建工作的必要性,并在此基础上研究供电企业党建精益化管理的策略。

Party building has always been the core of the management of state-owned enterprises.Adhering to the leadership of the Party is an important means to maintain the advantages of state-owned enterprises.How to transform the advantages of Party building into the core competitiveness of enterprises is a problem that state-owned enterprises have been exploring in recent years.The lean management of an enterprise is a management system that integrates environment,technology,process and culture,so it can also play a normative and encouraging role in the construction of the enterprise Party organization.Based on the importance of Party building in power supply enterprises,this paper explores the necessity of integrating lean management into the Party building of power supply enterprises,and studies the strategies of lean management of Party building of power supply enterprises on this basis.
