Research on the Value Evaluation of Patent Pledge Financing

专利权质押融资已经成为科技型企业融资的重要途径,但在实践中,专利价值评估成为制约专利权质押融资迅速发展的重要因素。由于专利权本身的复杂性,使得长期以来专利价值评估成为难以解决的问题。论文在分析专利价值评估的特点的基础上,分析了专利权质押融资中的价值评估方法的选择和应用途径,对于更好地开展专利权质押融资具有一定的借鉴意义。

Patent pledge financing has become an important way of financing for scientific and technological enterprises,but in practice,the evaluation of patent value has become an important factor restricting the rapid development of patent pledge financing.Because of the complexity of patent right,it is difficult to evaluate the value of patent for a long time.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of patent value evaluation,this paper analyzes the selection and application path of value evaluation methods in patent pledge financing,which has certain reference significance for better development of patent pledge financing.
