十九大报告指出,建设美丽中国,让绿水青山变成金山银山。当今的雨污合流排水体制已不符合新时代生态发展的需求,所以雨污分流改造已经成为水资源保护与生态环境恢复的当务之急。旌德县在雨污分流改造方面积累了一定的经验做法,可为类似城镇改造提供参考。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that building a beautiful China,and lucid waters and lush mountains should be turned into invaluable assets.Today's rainwater and sewage combined drainage system does not meet the needs of ecological development in the new era,so the rainwater and sewage diversion transformation has become an urgent task of water resources protection and ecological environment restoration.Jingde County has accumulated some experience and practices in the rainwater and sewage diversion transformation,which can provide a reference for similar urban transformation.
