在企业管理中,制度执行力始终是各级管理者的关注点,但同时往往也是问题点。制度执行力的强与弱直接影响企业内部管理执行力的高低。因此,提升制度执行力是规范内部管理、提升工作效率的有效手段。论文就影响制度执行力的因素及改进措施进行简要论述。

In enterprise management,system executive ability is always the focus of managers at all levels,but it is often a problematic point at the same time.The strength and weakness of system executive ability directly affect the level of enterprise internal management executive ability.Therefore,improving the system executive ability is an effective means to standardize internal management and improve work efficiency.This paper briefly discusses the factors affecting the system executive ability and the improvement measures.
