摘要
论文在问卷调查的基础上盘点了顺德区人才现状及人才结构特点,结合国家“十四五”规划对产业转型升级的要求,立足顺德区当前产业转型的实际需要,从制定人才发展规划、招才引智、多元人才评价、政校企协同育人的角度提出了人才发展战略措施。
Based on the questionnaire survey,this paper makes an inventory of the current situation of talents and the characteristics of talents structure in Shunde District.Combined with the requirements of the national"14th Five-Year"plan for industry transformation and upgrading,and based on the actual needs of the current industry transformation in Shunde District,this paper puts forward the talents development strategies and measures from the perspectives of formulating talents development plan,attracting talents and introducing intelligence,multi talents evaluation,and cooperation of government,school and enterprise in educating people.
