搅拌摩擦焊接机器人的研究现状与发展趋势 被引量:3

摘要 随着搅拌摩擦焊技术的发展,搅拌摩擦焊接机器人的研究和应用受到广泛关注。在介绍搅拌摩擦焊接机器人总体结构和技术参数的基础上,对比分析了串、并联型搅拌摩擦焊接机器人的优缺点。并联型搅拌摩擦接机器人承载能力强、刚性好,适合刚性较强零件的焊接,但具有制造成本高的缺点;串联型搅拌摩擦焊接机器人制造工艺简单,具有自由度高、工作区间大等优点,但因刚性不足而更适用于薄板曲面零件的焊接。为了实现智能化、多功能化等特点,未来需要在搅拌摩擦焊接机器人的机头集成化、功能智能化、设备移动化和多机协同化方面取得突破性成果,以推动搅拌摩擦焊接机器人的发展和应用。 With the development of friction stir welding(FSW)technology,the research and application of FSW robot receive extensive attention.Based on the introduction of the overall structure and technical parameters of the FSW robot,the characteristics of the series and parallel FSW robots are compared and analyzed.The parallel type FSW robot has the characteristics of strong bearing capacity and good rigidity,which is suitable to join parts with high strength,but the manufacturing cost of parallel robot is high.The series type FSW robot is easily to be produced,and has the characteristics of flexibility and wide working range.However,the series type FSW robot is only suitable to join thin-plate curved parts due to its low rigidity.In order to realize the characteristics of intelligence and multi-function,breakthroughs should be made in the fields of head integration,equipment functional intelligence,device mobilization and multi-machine synergy,and then promote the development and application of FSW robot.
