摘要
本文针对山西某火电机组在区域控制偏差(ACE)模式下负荷频繁变动造成的自动发电控制(AGC)考核指标差、主蒸汽压力偏差大等实际问题,结合AGC考核指标算法,提出了机组负荷指令超前控制、变负荷速率校正回路、锅炉滑压设定预测控制、锅炉主控前馈自适应控制、一次调频优先控制、汽轮机调阀流量优化等策略,实际应用后大幅度提升了机组AGC考核指标。
This article is targeted on practicalproblems of weak assessment in Automatic Generation Control(AGC)evaluation index and large deviation of main steam pressure,which arecaused by frequent load changesbased on the thermal power units in Shanxi under the Area Control Error(ACE)mode.Combination of AGC evaluationindex algorithms,strategies like advanced control of thermalpower units’load instruction,variable load rate correction circuit,sliding pressure setting predictive control of boiler,feedforward adaptive control of boiler main control,primary frequency modulation priority control,and flowing optimization of steam turbine regulating valveare proposed.After practical application,the AGC evaluation index of thermal powerunits improves significantly.
