为了提升医疗管理水平,提出云资源网络负载均衡控制服务智慧医疗管理方法。首先将用户的移动性设定为影响系统性能的一个重要因素,结合马尔可夫过程分析云资源网络的系统性能,同时结合二次优化方法实现云资源网络负载均衡控制服务智慧医疗管理。仿真实验结果表明,所提方法的管理时延和管理成本较低,且能耗较低,能够有效增强医疗管理服务质量。

In order to improve the level of medical management,the intelligent medical management method of cloud resource network load balancing control service is proposed.Firstly,the mobility of users is set as an important factor to affect the system performance.Combined with Markov process,the system performance of cloud resource network is analyzed.At the same time,combined with the secondary optimization method,the cloud resource network load balancing control service intelligent medical management is realized.The simulation results show that the management delay and cost of the proposed method are low,and the energy consumption is low,which can effectively enhance the quality of medical management services.
