摘要 本文按照安徽亳州消防设备检测站的穿戴装备检测系统的实际要求,设计并实现一套包括“空气呼吸器维修室”、“氧气呼吸器维修室”、“空气呼吸器充气室”、“气瓶定期水压检测站”的“三室一站”具有清洗、检测等多功能的综合性检测平台。整个检测过程达到无接触式控制,运用机械手臂抓取、自动氧气面罩清洗等方式完成各项工艺步骤。此设计极大的提高了消防装备的安全性,使装备检测过程更安全更高效,增加消防行业的规范与智能性。 In accordance with the actual requirements of the wearable equipment testing system of the fire equipment testing station in Bozhou,Anhui Province,this paper designs and realizes a set of"three-room one-station"which includes"air-breathing room","oxygen-breathing room","air-breathing room"and"regular water pressure testing station for gas cylinders".The whole testing process achieves contactless control,and completes each technological step by means of mechanical arm grasping and automatic oxygen mask cleaning.This design greatly improves the safety of fire equipment,makes the equipment testing process safer and more efficient,and increases the standardization and intelligence of the fire industry.
