正确认识和把握新发展阶段

A Correct Understanding and Grasp of the New Stage of Development

习近平总书记明确提出“我国将进入新发展阶段”,这是在即将全面建成小康社会、实现第一个百年奋斗目标之际作出的重大战略判断。从科学内涵看,新发展阶段是以推动高质量发展为主题、以新发展理念引领构建新发展格局、实现新的更大发展的关键时期;从时代意义看,新发展阶段关乎我国现代化建设进程、关乎我国社会主义事业长足发展、关乎民生和社会建设新成效。文章基于新发展阶段具有新的发展基础、发展站位、发展环境,认为必须把握三个重点:一是善用五大思维分析发展大局;二是贯彻新发展理念引领发展方向;三是构建新发展格局践行发展路径。正确认识和把握新发展阶段,对于实现第二个百年奋斗目标,进而实现中华民族伟大复兴具有重大意义。

General Secretary Xi Jinping has clearly proposed that"China will enter a new stage of development",which is a major strategic judgment made on the basis of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and achieving the first centenary goal.From a scientific perspective,the new stage of development is a crucial period in which high-quality development is the theme and new development philosophy guides the building of a new pattern of development and new and greater development.In terms of the significance of the times,the new stage of development has a direct bearing on China’s modernization drive,on the long-term development of China’s socialist cause,and on the performance of people’s livelihood and social development.Based on the new stage of development,which has a new foundation,a new position,and a new environment for development,we should grasp the three key points:the first is to make good use of the five analysis development of thinking;the second is to carry out new development concept leads the development direction;the third is to build a new development pattern practice development path.Correctly understanding and grasping the new stage of development is of great significance to realizing the Two Centenary Goals and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
