长三角区域文化资源整合及软实力提升研究

Research on the Integration of Regional Cultural Resources and Promotion of Soft Power in the Yangtze River Delta

文化软实力越来越成为区域一体化发展的核心竞争力。文章梳理长三角区域已有的文化家底,以文化系统性整合思维破除以往城市群建设中文化认同感的丧失,增强长三角一体化发展中的文化认同、价值感召。通过回溯长三角区域文化发展特质,理清当前存有的行政壁垒、资本评估、创新式微的发展困境,并建议在强化文化体魄、打造文化品牌、创新文化生态等领域主动作为,释放文化软实力的正向效应,实现真正意义上的长三角一体化。

Cultural soft power has increasingly become the core competitiveness of regional integration.This paper combs the existing cultural background of the Yangtze River Delta region,breaks through the loss of cultural identity in the past urban agglomeration construction with the thinking of cultural systematic integration,and enhances the cultural identity and value inspiration in the integration development of the Yangtze River Delta.By reviewing the characteristics of regional cultural development in the Yangtze River Delta,this paper clarifies the current development dilemma of administrative barriers,capital assessment,and declining innovation,and proposes to take the initiative in the fields of enhancing cultural physique,building cultural brand,and innovative cultural ecology,so as to release the positive effect of cultural soft power and realize the real integration of the Yangtze River Delta.
