New Progress in Study on Resilient Cities:Perspective from Resilient Cities Congress

韧性城市大会以追踪国际韧性城市研究最新进展为主旨,自2010年起已连续举办10年。文章基于历届大会相关资料和文献,梳理了韧性城市大会的主题演变,评述了城市风险与韧性评估、城市韧性规划、城市气候韧性、社会韧性、城市韧性构建新方案5个方面的最新动态。从构建城市韧性理论体系、开发韧性评估与规划工具、挖掘遗产生态智慧、加强对话与协作、关注新生挑战5个方面探讨了对国内韧性城市研究与实践的思考与启示。

The Resilient Cities Congress series, themed with tracking the latest progress in international resilient cities research, has been held for 10 years since 2010. Based on the relevant materials of the conference and literature, this paper summarizes the main themes change in 10 years, reviews the new progresses on 5 topics including urban risk and resilience assessment, urban resilience planning, urban climate resilience, social resilience and new solutions to build urban resilience. It discusses the lessons learnt on building urban resilience theory system, developing resilience assessment tools, mining ecological wisdom from historical heritage, strengthening dialogue and collaboration, and paying attentions to new challenges for research and practice of resilient cities in China.
