某医学院混合式教学方法的学生认知程度调查 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨某医学院混合式教学方法的学生认知程度调查。方法2018年10月—2019年8月通过问卷调查对随机选取的20名学生进行预调查。观察同专业的学生对混合式教学的知晓情况单因素分析、行Logistic回归分析等。结果医学专业学生对混合式教学的知晓率高于非医学专业(P<0.05);由OR值可知非医学专业知晓混合式教学的可能性是医学专业知晓可能性的0.355倍;不了解本专业是否开设网络开放课程的知晓混合式教学的可能性是了解的0.489倍;不能按要求完成课程的同学知晓混合式教学的可能性小;由OR值可知认为不可以提高效率的同学觉得不适合推广的可能性是认为能提高效率不适合推广的4.875倍,即认为能提高效率的同学认为混合式教学适合在医学院推广。结论混合式教学模式实施中发挥主体作用的为广大学生,而教师发挥主导作用,需要双向参与,因此对医学院中学生对混合式教学模式的认知程度进行了解,可以使学生对教学方式了解程度进一步提升,能够更好的提高学生的学习积极性和学习效果。 Objective To investigate the cognitive degree of students in a medical school with mixed teaching method.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 20 randomly selected students from October 2018 to August 2019.Univariate analysis and Logistic regression analysis were conducted to observe the knowledge of students in the same major about mixed teaching.Results The awareness rate of medical majors to mixed teaching was higher than that of non-medical majors(P<0.05).According to the OR value,the probability of non-medical professionals knowing mixed teaching was 0.355 times that of medical professionals.Those who did not know whether MOOCs were offered in their major were 0.489 times more likely to know mixed teaching than those who knew it.Students who could not complete courses as required were less likely to know about mixed teaching;according to the OR value,students who believed that the efficiency could not be improved were 4.875 times more likely to think that it was not suitable for promotion than those who believed that the efficiency could be improved.That was to say,those who believed that the efficiency could be improved thought that mixed teaching was suitable for promotion in medical schools.Conclusion Mixed teaching mode implementation played a main role for the majority of students,and teachers play a leading role,need bidirectional participation,so for medical college students to understand mixed teaching mode of cognition,can further enhance to make the students know about teaching methods,can better improve the students'learning motivation and learning effect.
