慕课及PBL教学法在儿科学教学中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 慕课即大规模开放性在线课程教学模式,有着共享性、开放性等特点,把师生放在同一平台进行互动交流学习,可以在线享受顶级学校的教育资源,慕课被广泛的应用在医学领域之中。PBL是以问题为导向、学生为中心的讨论式教学方法。PBL教学方法在不仅能传授知识还可以让学生进行独立思考,培养其自我学习知识的能力。慕课和PBL教学强调在教学过程中以学生为中心,在儿科学教学中将慕课与PBL教学理念有机结合,不但使学生能更迅速地掌握儿科理论知识及临床技能,而且能更有效地培养学生的临床思维和学习的主动性,同时提高了学生分析问题和解决问题能力。 Massive open online course(MOOC)is a widely open online education mode which has the characteristics of sharing and openness.Teachers and students are on the same platform to communication and learning.They can enjoy the educational resources of top schools online.MOOC is widely used in the field of medicine.Problem-based learning(PBL)is a kind of discussion teaching method that problems are the guide and students are the centre.PBL teaching can not only impart knowledge,but also let students learn to think independently and have the ability of learning knowledge by themselves.Both MOOC and PBL teaching emphasize students as the center in process of teaching.We combined MOOC with PBL and applied them in teaching of pediatrics.It will not only enable students to master pediatrics theory and clinical knowledge more quickly,but also cultivate students'clinical thinking and learning intiative.At the same time,improve students'ability to analyze and solve problems.
