学生标准化病人在儿科护理临床教学中的研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的探究学生标准化病人在儿科护理临床实践中的作用。方法选择2018年7月—2019年4月来本院实习的护理专业学生68 例,随机分为两组,研究组采用学生标准化病人教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,采用试卷、技能考试和问卷调查法对教学效果进行评估,应用APSS19 软件进行统计学分析。结果 研究组学生的理论成绩中基础知识部分在统计学上差异无统计学意义,病例分析题部分、综合技能成绩以及学生对教学效果评价均高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论 将学生标准化病人引入儿科临床护理教学中,能够提高护理教学质量,提高学生分析、解决临床问题的能力、沟通能力,能够提高学生的综合素质。 Objective To explore the role of standardized patients in clinical practice of paediatric nursing.Methods From July 2018 to April 2019,68 nursing students majoring in nursing practice in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The study group adopted the standardized patient teaching method,the control group adopted the traditional teaching method,the teaching effect was evaluated by test paper,skill examination and questionnaire survey,and the statistical analysis was carried out by spss19 software.Results There was no significant difference in basic knowledge among the theoretical scores of the students in the study group.The part of case analysis,the score of comprehensive skills and the evaluation of teaching effect of the students in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of standardized patients into paediatric clinical nursing teaching can improve the quality of nursing teaching,improve students ability to analyze and solve clinical problems,and improve their comprehensive quality.
