住院医师规范化培训效果的影响因素分析 被引量:22

摘要 目的探讨住院医师规范化培训效果的影响因素。方法本研究以本院2018年11月—2019年11月间参加年度业务水平测试的236名学员的全国成绩百分位作为住院医师培训效果指标,收集住院医师的性别、学历、培训专业、核定培训年限、人员类型、是否通过执业医师资格考试、出科理论考核分数、医院年度理论考核分数等资料进行培训效果的影响因素分析。结果236名学员的培训效果平均得分(64.59±26.09)分。影响学员培训效果得分的因素依次为:出科理论考核平均分、医院年度理论考核平均分、并轨专硕(社会人)、学历、是否通过执业医师资格考试。结论做实日常各类考核有助于提高住院医师培训效果。提高执业医师考核通过率利于提高住院医师培训效果。我院初步实现住院医师规范化培训“出口同质”的目标。今后可通过对住院医师培训考核进行常态化和动态化监测,对部分学员提前干预;在题库建设与课程设计中增加临床思维能力训练;设计专题培训课程和模拟考试等多种方式提高住院医师考核成绩,提升住院医师培训效果。 Objective To explore the influencing factors of the effect of standardized training for residents.Methods In this study,the national performance percentile of 236 students who participated in the annual business level test of our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 was used as an indicator of resident training effectiveness.The gender,education,training specialty,approved training period, personnel type, whether to pass the qualificationexamination of medical practitioners, the theoreticalexamination scores of the doctors, and the annual theoreticalexamination scores of the hospital was collected to analyzethe influencing factors of training effects. Results Theaverage training effect score of 236 students was (64.59 ±26.09) points. The factors that influence the score of trainees'training effectiveness are: average scores of theoreticalexaminations for medical examinations, average scores ofannual theoretical examinations of hospitals, professionaldegree master (social residents), academic qualifications,and whether they pass the qualification examination formedical practitioners. Conclusion Effectively conductingvarious assessments will help improve the training effect ofresidents. Increasing the passing rate of medical practitioners'assessment will help improve the training effect of residents.Our hospital has preliminary achieved the goal of "exporthomogeneity" for standardized training of residents. In thefuture, regular and dynamic monitoring of resident trainingassessments can be made to intervene in advance for somestudents;increase clinical thinking training in question bankconstruction and curriculum design;design special trainingcourses and mock exams to improve resident performance,and improve the effectiveness of resident training.
