摘要
目的探讨文献报告会在骨科研究生科研能力培养中的应用效果和满意度评价。方法选取2017年9月—2020年9月在浙江大学医学院附属第二医院骨科学在读的38名研究生为研究对象,应用一周一次的文献报告会培养其科研能力,通过报告会前后科研各项能力自评和满意度评价评估文献报告会的应用效果。结果参与文献报告会后,调查对象自评其文献检索能力、文献阅读分析能力、文献撰写能力、制作学术PPT能力和文献汇报能力均有显著提升(P<0.001)。调查对象认为参加文献报告会有助于了解骨科学科的发展现状、加深对循证医学的理解、掌握批判性阅读和思考能力、提高科研实践能力和提高自身英语水平,但对临床实践能力和医学统计水平提升不明显。结论文献报告会对骨科研究生的科研能力培养有积极作用。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of journal club in the education of postgraduate students majoring in orthopaedics.Methods From September 2017 to September 2020,38 postgraduate students were included in this study.The journal club was held weekly,aiming to reinforce the research ability.The effectiveness of journal club was assessed via self-evaluation and satisfaction survey.Results The abilities of literature retrieval, paper reading,manuscript drafting, PPT slides preparing, and presentationwere significantly strengthened (P<0.001) after keepingattending journal clubs. All of the respondents concludedthat the journal club helped in further understanding of thecutting-edge orthopaedic research, while the improvementof abilities in clinical practice and statistics was notsignificant. Conclusion Out study suggested that journalclub had positive impacts in the education of orthopaedicpostgraduate students.
