慢病管理教学模式在全科住培中的应用研究

目的探讨慢病管理教学模式在全科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果及教学意义,评估其应用前景。方法 选取在2019 年7—12 月在老年医学科进行全科住院医师规范化培训的医师60 名,随机分为对照组和教改组,分别采用传统培训模式、慢病管理教学模式,进行教学评价。结果 出科考核教改组和对照组理论知识成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05);教改组慢病管理能力考核成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P< 0.05)。教改组与对照组比较,在提升健康素养、增强医患沟通能力、培养整体性临床思维、慢病管理理念的渗透、增强慢病管理能力、增强临床科研能力、培训模式的满意度方面差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论在全科住院医师规范化培训教学中,应用慢病管理教学模式能提高教学效果,改善教学质量,为全科住院医师规范化培训提供了新的思路和模式。

Objective To explore the application effect and teaching significance of chronic disease health management teaching mode in the standardized training of general practitioners,and to evaluate its application prospect.Methods From July to December 2019,60 doctors were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the teaching reform group.The traditional training mode and the chronic disease health management teaching mode were used for teaching evaluation.Results There was no significant difference between the teaching reform group and the control group(P>0.05);the examination results of chronic disease health management ability in the teaching reform group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,there were statistically significant differences in improving health literacy,enhancing communication ability between doctors and patients,training holistic clinical thinking,infiltration of chronic disease health management concept,enhancing chronic disease health management ability,enhancing clinical research ability,and satisfaction of training mode(P<0.05).Conclusion In the standardized training of general residents,the application of chronic disease health management teaching mode can improve the teaching effect,improve the quality of teaching, and provide a new thinkingand mode for general resident training.
