摘要
儿科双语教学对于培养具有国际视野,能进行国际医学交流、科研现代化儿科医生具有重要意义,在近20年的教学实践中累积量丰富的经验,但也存在着师资水平参差不齐、缺乏统一教材、课程设置不合理及学生学习积极性不高诸多问题。文章介绍了双语教学的形式和儿科双语教学的特点,就儿科医学双语教学的问题进行梳理,并从全方位提高双语教学授课教师的水平、重视医学专业双语教材的开发、优化课程设置,营造学习氛围及丰富教学形式,提高学习兴趣等方面提出可能的应对策略,根据各个学校和医院的具体情况,结合自身特点,不断完善儿科双语教学体系,适应教学需求,提高双语教学水平。
Bilingual teaching in pediatrics is of great significance for the cultivation of pediatricians with international vision,international medical exchange and scientificresearch modernization.Great experience has accumulated in the teaching practice in the past 20 years,However,there are still many problems,such as the uneven level of teachers,the lack of unified teaching materials,the unreasonable curriculum and the low enthusiasm of students.This paper tried to introduce the forms of bilingual teaching and the characteristics of bilingual teaching in pediatrics,explore the problems of bilingual teaching in pediatrics, andput forward the possible countermeasures in the aspects ofimproving the level of bilingual teaching teachers, attachingimportance to the development of bilingual teachingmaterials for medical specialty, optimizing the curriculum,creating learning atmosphere and enriching teaching forms,and improving learning interest According to the specificsituation of each school and hospital, combined with its owncharacteristics, we should constantly improve the bilingualteaching system of Pediatrics, adapt to the teaching needsand improve the level of bilingual teaching.
