分析动脉压迫止血器在肝癌介入术后的临床应用效果

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of ArterialCompression Hemostat After InterventionalTherapy for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

目的分析动脉压迫止血器在肝癌介入术后的临床应用效果。方法选取本院肝癌介入术患者64例(2017年4月—2018年6月),随机分为常规手工压迫加沙袋压迫止血法的对照组(32例)与动脉压迫止血器止血的观察组(32例),观察患者压迫时间、肢体制动时间、治疗依从性、并发症发生率及心理状态。结果与对照组相比,观察组压迫止血时间、肢体制动时间短,治疗依从性高,并发症发生率低,SAS评分、SDS评分(P<0.05)。结论在肝癌介入术后应用动脉压迫止血器,能减少患者压迫止血时间、肢体制动时间,治疗依从性好,并发症发生率低,有效改善了患者不良心理状态,效果较好,值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of arterial compression hemostat after interventional therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods From April 2017 to June 2018,64 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma undergoing interventional therapy in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(32 cases)and observation group(32 cases)of arterial compression hemostat hemostasis with routine manual compression of Gaza bags.The time of compression,limb movement,treatment compliance,incidence of complications and psychological status of patients were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter compression hemostasis time,shorter limb braking time,higher treatment compliance,lower complication rate,SAS score and SDS score(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of artery compression hemostat after interventional therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma can reduce the time of hemostasis by compression and limb braking.It has good treatment compliance and low incidence of complications.It can effectively improve the patients'bad psychological state,and has good effect,which is worth learning from.
