中医推拿按摩对小儿消化不良性腹泻的治疗效果研究

目的小儿消化性不良性腹泻患儿通过中医推拿按摩进行治疗,对患儿得到的治疗效果进行研究分析。方法将在2017年1月—2020年1月期间来本院治疗150例小儿消化性不良性腹泻患者为例,将随机数字表法作为分组原则,随机分为两组,试验组(在对照组患者的治疗基础上,通过中医推拿按摩进行联合治疗),对照组(通过西医方法进行治疗),均由75例患者组成,对患者的治疗总有效率进行研究比较,从而对中医推拿按摩的治疗效果进行评价。结果试验组患者的治疗总有效率为:93.33%(70/75)高于对照组患者的治疗总有效率为70.67%(53/75),说明中医推拿按摩的临床疗效明显优良于常规西医治疗,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果小儿消化性不良性腹泻患者通过中医推拿按摩进行治疗,患者可以得到显著的治疗效果,治疗价值较高。

Objective To study and analyze the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine massage on children with dyspepsia diarrhea.Methods From January 2017 to January 2020,150 cases of children with dyspepsia diarrhea treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group(based on the treatment of the control group,treated with traditional Chinese massage)and the control group(treated with Western Medicine),which were composed of 75 patients The total effective rate of patients was compared,so as to evaluate the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese massage.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%(70/75),which was higher than that of the control group[70.67%(53/75)],indicating that the clinical effect of traditional Chinese massage was significantly better than that of conventional western medicine,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Infantile dyspepsia diarrhea patients through traditional Chinese medicine massage treatment,patients can get significant therapeutic effect,treatment value is high.
