摘要
目的探讨突发性聋合并眩晕的心理护理方法与效果。方法回顾性选取2016年11月—2019年11月本院突发性聋合并眩晕患者350例,依据治疗方法分为常规护理组(n=175)和常规护理基础上心理护理组(心理护理组,n=175)两组,统计分析两组患者的心理状态、临床疗效。结果心理护理组患者护理后较护理前的焦虑、抑郁、恐惧比例降低幅度均显著高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。在总有效率方面,心理护理组为96.6%(169/175),常规护理组为76.0%(133/175),前者显著高于后者(P<0.05)。结论突发性聋合并眩晕的心理护理效果好。
Objective To explore the psychological nursing method and effect of sudden deafness combined with vertigo.Methods 350 cases of patients with sudden deafness and vertigo in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2019 were retrospectively selected.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into two groups:conventional nursing group(n=175)and psychological nursing based on the conventional nursing group(psychological nursing group,n=175).The psychological states and clinical effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The ratios of anxiety,depression and fear of the psychological nursing group was significantly lower than the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).In terms of total effective rate,the psychological nursing group was 96.6%(169/175),the conventional nursing group was 76.0% (133/175), theformer was significantly higher than the latter (P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological nursing effect of suddendeafness combined with vertigo is good.
