摘要
目的探讨“驾照式”合理用药管理对医院抗菌药物使用的影响。方法经His系统提取某三甲医院实行“驾照式”合理用药管理前、后2年抗菌药物使用数据,进行比较和分析。结果实行“驾照式”合理用药管理后,医院抗菌药物监控指标较实施前明显改善,抗菌药物使用更加合理、规范。结论实施“驾照式”合理用药管理可有效促进抗菌药物合理使用,值得参考借鉴。
Objective To investigate the effects of“driver license”rational medication management on the use of antibacterial drugs in hospitals.Methods The data of antimicrobial use in two years before and after the implementation of“driver license”rational drug use management in a hospital were extracted by His system and then they were compared and analyzed.Results After the implementation of“driver license”rational drug administration,the monitoring indexes of antibiotics in hospital were significantly improved,and the use of antibiotics was more reasonable and standardized.Conclusion The reasonable“driver license”administration can effectively promote the rational use of antimicrobial drugs,which is worth reference.
