人文素质教育融入医学机能学教学的探索与实践 被引量:8

摘要 医学机能学是高等医学院校基础医学关键学科之一,致力于培养医学生的实践能力、创新能力。人文素质是由知识、观念、情感、意志、能力等多种因素组合而成的个人内在品质,展现个人的气质、人格及修养。医学机能实验教学与人文素质教育深度融合是医学机能实验教学特征的现实要求和提高医学人才培养质量的迫切需求。这项研究从观念、内容、方法、环境、学术研究五个角度探讨了人文素质教育渗透医学机能学教学的方法及路径,以强化并推进医学生的人文素质培养,不断提高人才培养质量。 Medical function is one of the key subjects of basic medicine in medical colleges and universities,which is committed to cultivating the practice and innovation ability of medical students.Humanistic quality is an individual internal quality composed of knowledge,concept,emotion,will,ability and other factors,showing individual temperament,personality and self-cultivation.The deep integration of medical functional experiment teaching and humanistic quality education is the practical requirement of the characteristics of medical functional experiment teaching and the urgent need to improve the quality of medical personnel training.This study explores the methods and paths of humanistic quality education integration into medical functional teaching from five perspectives of concept,content,method,environment and academic research,so as to strengthen and promote the cultivation of humanistic quality of medical students and continuously improve the quality of personnel training.
