摘要 目的探讨TBL(team-based learning)在儿科临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2018级护理专业在儿科护理实习的学生80例,依据随机数字表法分为TBL组及对照组,在带教过程中分别给予TBL及传统实践教学方法进行带教,实习结束后对2组学生进行理论、操作成绩考评;并使用评判性思维能力测量表(critical thinking disposition inventory Chinese version,CTDI-CV)对护理评判性思维能力进行评价,使用问题解决能力问卷(Chinese version of the social problem-solving inventory,C-SPSI)评价解决问题能力差异。结果TBL组实习结束时理论、操作成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),CTDI-CV中开放思想、寻找真相、分析能力及总评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),C-SPSI问卷中回避风格及冲动/疏忽风格评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在儿科临床护理教学过程中应用TBL进行教学可显著提高实习生评判性思维能力及解决问题能力,并可提高实习考评成绩,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of TBL(team-based learning)in pediatric clinical nursing teaching.Method 80 students of 2018 nursing major in pediatric nursing practice were selected,and they were divided into TBL group and control group according to the random number table method.During the teaching process,the TBL and traditional practical teaching methods were respectively given to students.After the practice ended,the two groups of students were evaluated for theoretical and operational performance,and the critical thinking disposition inventory Chinese version(CTDI-CV)was used to evaluate the critical thinking ability of nursing.Social problem-solving inventory(C-SPSI)was used to evaluate the difference in problem-solving ability.Results The theoretical and operational scores of the TBL group at the end of the practice were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The open-mindedness,truth-finding,analytical ability and total scores in CTDI-CV were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The avoidance style and impulsive/negligence style scores in the C-SPSI questionnaire were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TBL in the teaching process of pediatric clinical nursing can significantly improve the critical thinking ability and problem-solving ability of interns,and improve the evaluation results of internship,which is worthy of popularization and application.
